The State Bank of Geneva offers access to mobile banking through the latest technology, including FaceID and TouchID! Access your account information efficiently and securely by utilizing the security features built directly into your mobile phone (available for personal banking only).

How to Enable TouchID:

1. In your phone settings, make sure you’ve registered your fingerprints in the ‘TouchID & Passcode section.’

2. Open your State Bank of Geneva Mobile Banking app and follow the prompts to enable TouchID (if you choose to skip this step, you may activate TouchID at a later time).

3. To activate, select ‘Profile,’ then ‘Security’ and tap on the TouchID toggle switch.

How to Enable FaceID*:

1. In your phone settings, make sure you’ve registered your face in the ‘FaceID & Passcode’ section.

2. Open your State Bank of Geneva Mobile Banking app and follow the prompts to enable FaceID (if you choose to skip this step, you may activate FaceID at a later time).

3. To activate, select ‘Profile,’ then ‘Security’ and tap on the FaceID toggle switch.
