Core Update FAQs

We will be undergoing a core system software update from June 8–11, 2024.

We aim to provide you with the best products, dedicated service, and the most up-to-date security technology. Here you can find the details of this transition and what it means for your banking experience.

For customers who currently receive monthly statements, a midcycle statement will be generated as of the close of business on June 7, 2024. During this transition, service charges will be waived, and applicable interest will be credited. Going forward, consumer checking, business checking, and statement savings account customers will receive their statements at the end of each month. The statement for June 30, 2024, will encompass transactions from June 8th through June 30th. Monthly statements will continue to be issued on the last day of the month. While bank statements will have a slightly updated appearance, they will still contain the same account information as before the conversion.

During the weekend of the conversion (June 7–10), you will be able to use your ATM/Debit Card; however, some technical issues may arise therefore, the Bank suggests you have an alternative form of payment available to you that weekend.

Online Banking (OLB), Mobile Banking (mOLB), & Bill Pay (BP)

Current IB products (i.e. consumer, business, mobile & bill pay) with the Bank will be disabled on June 7, 2024. All IB products and services WILL NOT be available to you the weekend of the conversion (June 7–10). Online Banking will be available mid-day on Monday June 10, 2024. There should be no changes to usernames/passwords, Bill Pay schedules and/or Business ACH batches already in Internet Banking.
